Online Visits
How does the online visit work?
First, you’ll answer a series of simple questions about your health. Then, you'll choose a treatment plan. Finally, a licensed doctor reviews your answers and will follow up if they need more details before deciding if a prescription is right for you.
Do I speak to a real doctor?
Yes, you will be messaging a licensed Canadian doctor or nurse practitioner directly through the Phoenix platform with unlimited follow-ups provided. Follow-up questions, symptom updates, or concerns can be sent anytime, and your provider will respond promptly.
Does the online visit require a phone or video appointment?
No, your online visit will be completely private and off-camera. All communications between you and your doctor will be done through secure text messages.
Can my health be accurately assessed remotely?
Yes, you’ll start your online visit by filling out an in-depth form with pertinent questions about your health. A licensed doctor or nurse practitioner will follow up over text if they need more details before deciding if a prescription is right for you.
It’s an emergency, what do I do?
Call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room immediately. Phoenix is not intended for medical emergencies. Once the emergency has been addressed or resolved, contact your Phoenix doctor to inform them of your experience as this may impact your current treatment plan.
